If you’re looking to join the Partridge Lakes Café team, you’ll be stepping into a fast paced, friendly environment where great hospitality matters just as much as the beautiful surroundings.

Our café is a favourite spot not just for fishermen but also for dog walkers, families and regular visitors who stop by throughout the day. Because of this, our team takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door.

Our staff are known for being friendly, hardworking and supportive of one another. Whether it’s keeping things running smoothly during a busy breakfast rush, chatting with regular customers, or helping teammates during peak times, everyone plays a part in creating the positive atmosphere the café is known for.

Early mornings are often part of the role, especially during fishing matches and busy weekends, so reliability and a positive attitude go a long way.

We are currently looking for people who are happy to work between 20–40 hours per week, including weekend shifts, as part of a rota.
